We promise that we will make the greenhouse gas reductions you pay for. These reductions will:

• Be made through projects that meet internationally recognised standards and are independently verified.

• Be made through a portfolio, ensuring that the performance of individual projects does not affect delivery of your reductions.

• Be made as soon as possible. In our 2007 financial year, 78% of emission reductions sold through our General Portfolio had already been made.
